Linux Foundation Implements PQC

The #Linux #Foundation has announced the launch of the Post-Quantum Cryptography Alliance (PQCA), aimed at advancing the development and adoption of post-quantum #cryptography to counteract the potential threats posed by #quantum #computing. More and more serious players recognize the danger and prepare a response, which won't be fast, which in turn indicates that from their point of view, a timeline of the quantum threat collides with the lifetime of data current crypto protects. The initiative brings together industry leaders, researchers and developers to produce secure software implementations of standardized algorithms and support the development of new algorithms.
